Architecture Collective Stuttgart
Some brownfield land on the “Stuttgart 21” site: Out of 30 tons of finest formwork we simulate the decelerated construction of a yellow platform of 600 square meters. The month is subdivided into four construction phases, which are celebrated in public. The huge pool of material enables different groups and institutions to chime in, to romp around, and to react situationally to the site. A programme that would never be planned for such a location. After 30 days it’s over. We leave the site just as we found it – as waste land.
